STC Energy are a member of ESTA. The Energy Services and Technology Association (ESTA) is the UK’s leading energy management industry association. They have a highly regarded and impressive track record of promoting their members’ interests at the highest levels in the UK, Europe and internationally.
ESTA’s goal is to reduce energy consumption through the application of technology and expert services.
10 Consecutive Gold Awards for Customer Satisfaction
Our commitment to customer service is represented in our customer satisfaction survey results. STC have achieved 10 consecutive Gold Awards from independent surveys, culminating with the prestigious Diamond award in 2012.
In the 2015 survey, we’ve achieved a total customer satisfaction score of 84%; a difficult level to achieve considering the majority of our work relies on third party suppliers.
ISO 9001 Accredited
STC Energy are an ISO 9001 accredited company. We have invested heavily in our staff over the past 20 years to ensure that we can provide our customers with as high a quality service as possible. In the past eight years we have achieved a gold award for customer satisfaction based upon independent survey results. In our last survey we were pleased to note that 100% of our customers surveyed said they would be pleased to recommend STC to a potential customer.
STC Energy Management Ltd are ISO 9001 accredited and all work undertaken is conducted within the ISO framework. Due to the requirements of ISO 9001, we review and enhance procedures should problems be identified. We believe that being ISO registered has had a very positive effect on our business and has helped us to improve our standards of customer service.
ISO 9001 STC achieved ISO accreditation in July 2002. Since that time we have consistently achieved Gold and Diamond awards in our annual independent customer satisfaction surveys, showing our commitment to customer service and delivery.
ISO 14001 Accredited
STC have an Environmental Management System (EMS) that is certified to the ISO14001 international standard. Through the use of this system we ensure that we identify and control all significant environmental impacts that could arise from our business operations. Implementing and maintaining this system for our own operations ensures that we are aware of, and managing for ourselves, all the hurdles that our customers may be facing in their efforts to mitigate the environmental impacts of their own operations, and provide assistance based on our own experiences where required.
ISO 27001 Accredited
STC have achieved the standards required by ISO 27001 and is fully accredited under this standard.
The standard adopts a process approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving our ISMS. Being certified to ISO 27001 helps us to ensure that we manage and protect our customers’ valuable information assets.
