Our
STC Navigator software is at the heart
of STC bureau services. This is a powerful
SQL database and application using the latest
three tier design approach. This software allows
the customer’s
estate, utility meters, supply points, supply
contracts and tariffs to be fully defined and
provides the most advanced M&T, energy,
financial and environmental reporting and graphical
analysis software available for managing large
property portfolios.
Although the system has a pedigree, the latest
Navigator version was designed primarily to
maximise the benefits that can be gained from
electronic billing. The system can collect
and validate electronic invoices in a variety
of formats including EDI, Internet Billing
Messages and CSV.
The design allows us to provide customers
with proprietary software to run on their own
servers or to operate a hosted service via
our servers and provide access to data and
reports via our online systems. The online
systems can be fully tailored and branded to
meet the needs of each client.
For all STC bureau customers we will set up
the Navigator database to fully reflect the
estate being monitored. To achieve this we
require the following information:
